Shipping
Every boutique piece is picked by Ash and ships straight from our partner warehouses, so here's exactly what to expect.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before they ship.
- Pieces marked "Ships from the USA": US delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days after processing.
- Pieces that ship from overseas: made-to-order and imported pieces can take 7 to 20 business days after processing.
- GWA merch: printed when you order, then shipped on its own, so allow a little extra time.
If your order mixes pieces from different warehouses, it can arrive in more than one package. You'll get a tracking email for each one.
Shipping cost
Free economy shipping on US boutique orders over $50. The exact cost for smaller orders is shown at checkout before you pay.
Holiday order-by dates
For Christmas delivery, we suggest ordering overseas pieces by about December 8 and US pieces by about December 15.
