How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. US delivery usually takes 3-8 business days after processing. Made-to-order and some imported items can take 7-20 business days.

Is shipping free?

Economy shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more. Other shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Why might my order arrive in more than one package?

Our items ship from multiple suppliers, and GWA merch is printed to order and ships separately, so parts of an order may arrive on different days. You will receive tracking information by email as each part ships.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, email us first at gamblewithash@gmail.com - please email before sending anything back, and we will reply with a return authorization and the correct return address for your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Sale items, gift cards, and custom products cannot be returned.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout before you pay. If a code is not applying, double-check the spelling, or email us at gamblewithash@gmail.com and we will help.
